When I arrived, the rooms looked bigger in the pictures than they actually were, and it was pretty tight considering what I paid. I had issues with undisclosed charges for Valet parking and had to deal with multiple unauthorized charges. The hotel is equipped well, but the room size was disappointing, and the billing experience left a lot to be desired.

I must say, my stay at this hotel was quite a rollercoaster. The rooms were not as spacious as expected, and the whole Valet parking security deposit issue left a sour taste in my mouth. However, the rooms had a nice sunny window, which was a plus. The service was a bit of a headache with unexpected charges, but the staff were friendly and relatively trained in customer service. The location was excellent, within walking distance to downtown and major transport hubs. On the downside, the dining experience was not consistent, with some issues with food quality and labeling. Overall, it was a mixed bag of experiences.
